The ETP curriculum emphasizes fitness, technical development, and foundational skills essential for long-term player growth.
Tuesdays β Endurance & Technical Development
Each Tuesday session begins with a distance run tailored to the player's age group. Building good fitness habits early helps players develop the work ethic and endurance necessary to succeed at higher levels of the game.
Thursdays β Agility & Movement
Thursday sessions begin with agility and coordination exercises designed to improve mobility, balance, quickness, and reaction speed.
First Touch Emphasis
First touch will be incorporated into every session. In our experience, it is one of the most important technical aspects of the game and one that must be consistently trained to maintain a high level of performance.
